Working on two separate sea otter blankets right now. One will be finished with wolf trim and the other with silver fox.
A lot of people only see the finished product, but there is a ton of work that goes into these before that point. Picking the right skins, laying everything out, Read morematching the fur, cutting each piece and sewing it all together so it flows like one blanket.
This is one of my favorite parts of what I do. Taking something that was harvested from our waters and turning it into something beautiful that can last for generations.
Still a ways to go, but they're starting to come together. Can't wait to see these two finished.

What a week with these young men! 🫎💪
The nephews absolutely crushed it on our Cultural Warriors moose hunt. Long days, hard work, plenty of laughs, and everybody pulling together as a team. These guys stepped up, learned a ton, took care of each other, and helped put food away for our Read moreelders and families.
Proud of every one of them. Watching these young men grow stronger, more confident, and more connected to our culture is what this is all about.
